It all starts in your lunch box. So take note of the activities and your research throughout this iQuest as YOU can make a difference!

KEY QUESTIONS:
- Have you ever thought about what happens to your juice box when you throw it in the bin?
- How about your muesli bar wrapper?
- What about the glad wrap that your sandwich was wrapped in?
This iQuest will take you on a journey to find out the answers to some of these questions, also the consequences of not disposing correctly of rubbish and the affects it has on our marine animals.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
- An understanding of biodiversity including change and continuity.
- An understanding of the affects of garbage on the ocean if not disposed of correctly.
- An understanding of materials and their uses and what they are composed of.
- An understanding of the natural system of the ocean and how garbage affects this.
- An understanding of people and places and how to care about these places.
- Understanding of the way a news bulletin is undertaken including all elements of conducting and interview.
